Nicklaus Suino Sensei

Nicklaus Suino has over 40 years of experience in the Japanese martial arts.  He has instructed at locations such as the Asian Martial Arts Studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the University of Michigan Okinawan Karate-Do Club, the American Embassy Judo Club in Tokyo, Japan, and at seminars all over the United States.  He is the author of several books and articles about the Japanese martial arts, and was All-Kanto Champion in Iaido forms tournaments for four consecutive years. His current ranks include:

Shihan, 7th Dan – Iaido Division: Shudokan Martial Arts Association (SMAA)
6th Dan – Muso Jikiden Eishin-Ryu Iaido: Eishin-Ryu Traditions Association
